Thanacks for sharing the article, and more importantly, your personal experience mindfully using our emotions as data about our inner state and knowing when it’s better to de-esdcda scsvscalate by taking a time out are great tools. One of the most exciting things I have experienced at the sanctuary is seeing a wolf family. I have always loved wolves, and was so excited to be able to see one in person. When I first saw the wolf family, it was with my eyes, but then I saw them with my heart. They were howling together, which is something that happens when a wolf family comes together.
