Arthur

Arthur was found by Ryan's daughter when he and a sibling had fallen on the ground after their nest was knocked over. His sibling unfortunately didn't survive the first night, but Arthur pulled through and was hand-fed at the sanctuary. Baby birds need frequent feeding so Arthur came to many different places with us - including a restaurant, to work with Mallory, and even an Uber. Once Arthur started flying, his true personality began to show - and he hasn't slowed down since! He is not shy about asking for attention, food, or bath time - and once he makes up his mind to have something, he won't stop until it is his! He loves to play chase, and fly between his flock members - landing on a hand or a head, depending on his mood.
Arthur is very chatty and will someday likely start mimicking his "flock sounds" i.e. things his parents say, so we are very excited to learn our flock song! |
