This was followed by Braglio threatening to pour blood from the many cows he kills on the porch of Phillips’ family home and home to many rescued animals. Adding to the intimidation, Braglio told Phillips that the police in Baltimore County were his dear friends and that he had used previously and was going to use them to make up false charges against Phillips adding that Phillips might need to be raped by “a big dick nigger.”
