That head tilt looks very suspicious to me. It is exactly what Tink did when she got her ear infection. If she does that often and you are not absolutely sure that is not an ear infection you should get a vet to look at it. Especially if she starts to have balance issues. Ear infections can kill pigs. We ended up having to go to our university hospital an hour away for them to put her under and clean out her ear.
Thank you for sharing. Fortunately, we took her to a vet (actually 3 by the time we were done) when the tilt started to find out what was going on. And after a few different antibiotics, we were told the ear infection was gone. But the head tilt has yet to fully leave.
Penny does that sometimes. Takes forever to get comfortable and happy and makes sure everyone know about it until she does.
